환불 정책

Returns

Please email your request(s) to kmizlook@gmail.com for returns & exchanges (including defective items) within 48 hours of receiving the item with the following: 

1. order number or a picture of the packing slip
2. reason for the return
3. a picture of the item (recommended)

    Once your request is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If your request is approved, you must also return the item(s) to a return address we send you within 7 days (postmarked) of approval.

    All items returned without previous notice will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs except in the case of returning detective items. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging your order, we will recover a return shipping fee.

    We do not accept returns for:

    - items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery
    - items without their original tags
    - items that have been washed, stained, torn, or not in its original condition in any other way
    - final sale items
    - incorrectly sized items due to wrong measurements by the buyer

     

    Cancellation of your order after payment

    If you would like to cancel your order after payment, please email us at kmizlook@gmail.com. Please make sure to email us before 9 am the next day of your purchase. (For example, if you placed an order on Thursday, please send us an email by 9 am on Friday.) We usually ship starting at 9 am, so we might not be able to cancel once shipped.

    Refunds

    Once we have received the returned item, we will send a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. 

    Late or missing refunds 

    Please wait a maximum of 7 days for your refund to be processed.

    In the case that you believe your refund is missing and you have already checked your bank account thoroughly, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Otherwise, you may contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at kmizlook@gmail.com. 


    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kmizlook@gmail.com and we will give you a return address.


    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original recipient and (s)he will find out be notified of the return details.


    Shipping

    In the return approval email, we will give you an address to ship the items to.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    반품과 교환

    반품이나 교환을 해야할경우 아래 내용과 함께 제품을 받으신 때로 부터 48시간안에  kmizlook@gmail.com으로 이 메일 해주세요 

    1. 주문번호 또는 동봉된 Packing Slip 사진
    2. 반품이유                                                                                       
    3. 제품사진 (추천사항)

      저희가 고객의 반품 또는 교환 요청 이메일을 받으면 접수확인 이메일을 보내드리며 고객요청의 승인여부를 알려드립니다. 승인 이메일을 받으시고 7일안에 (post marked) 저희가 보내드리는 주소로 제품을 보내주시면 되겠습니다.

      모든 교환, 반품 제품을 사전요청없이 보내실경우 교환, 반품 처리가 되지 않는점 양해 부탁드립니다. 불량이나 잘못배달된 제품이 아닌 반품의 경우는 고객이 배송비를 부담하셔야합니다.

      제품을 교환하실경우에는 고객이 리턴하시면 저희가 보내는 배송비를 지불합니다. 

      세일시 구입한 제품을 세일후 교환하실때는 교환하시는 제품의 현재가가 적용됩니다.

      반품이 되지 않는 경우는 아래와 같습니다. 모든 제품은 배송전 최종 불량검수가 되어 나갑니다. 

      - 배달후 7일이상 지나 문의하시는경우  
      - 제품에 있는 오리지날 태그가 없는경우
      - 세탁, 얼룩, 입은흔적, 향수등 냄새, 찢어짐, 또는 다른 어떤 원인으로 원래 상태가 아닌경우
      - 최종 세일 제품 (Final Sale Items)
      - 고객의 부주의로 사이즈 챠트를 보지않고 잘못된 치수를 이유로 할때
      오더취소
      구매대금을 완불하신후 캔슬을 원하실때는 구매하신 다음날 오전 9시까지 kmizlook@gmail.com 으로 이메일 주시면 되겠습니다. 매일 9시이후 부터 패킹과 배송이 시작되므로 그 이후에는 캔슬이 되지 않을수도 있습니다. 

        환불

        환불이 최종 확정되면 구매시 지불하셨던 카드 또는 같은 지불방법으로 환불이 진행되며 기간은 7-10정도가 소요됩니다. 그 기간안에 환불 받지 못하셨을때는 카드회사나 은행에 먼저 연락해보신후 저희 케이미즈룩으로 이메일 해주시면 되겠습니다. 다른 나머지 사항은 영문으로 된 사항들을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
