Once your request is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If your request is approved, you must return the item(s) to a return address we send you within 5 days (postmarked) of approval.
When you return your defective items, we will send you the return shipping label.
All items returned without previous notice will not be accepted.
Products Purchased during a sale cannot be returned. However, when exchanging after a sale, the current price of the product being exchanged will be applied.

Once we have received the returned item, we will send a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Please enter the Shipping Address accurately for delivery. We are not responsible for shipping incidents caused by errors in the buyer's address input.
Late or missing refunds
Please wait a maximum of 7 days for your refund to be processed.
In the case that you believe your refund is missing and you have already checked your bank account thoroughly, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Otherwise, you may contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation of your order after payment
If you would like to cancel your order after payment, please email us at email@example.com. Please make sure to email us before 10 am the next day of your purchase. (For example, if you placed an order on Thursday, please send us an email by 10 am on Friday.) We usually ship starting at 10 am, so we might not be able to cancel once shipped.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original recipient and (s)he will be notified of the return details.
In the return approval email, we will give you an address to ship the items to.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

모든 교환, 반품 제품을 사전요청없이 보내실경우 교환, 반품 처리가 되지 않는점 양해 부탁드립니다. 불량이나 잘못배달된 제품이 아닌 반품의 경우는 고객이 배송비를 부담하셔야합니다.
배송을 위해 Shipping Address를 정확하게 입력하시기 바랍니다. 주소 오류로 인한 배송사고는 책임지지 않습니다.
제품을 교환하실경우에는 고객이 리턴하시면 저희가 보내는 배송비를 지불합니다.
세일시 구입한 제품은 리턴되지 않으며 단, 세일후 교환하실때는 교환하시는 제품의 현재가가 적용됩니다.
반품이 되지 않는 경우는 아래와 같습니다. 모든 제품은 배송전 최종 불량검수가 되어 나갑니다.
